- FLETC SAN Hardware and Software Maintenance Support- Fiscal Year 2010 The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. No written solicitation will be issued; solicitation HSFLGL-10-Q-00016 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) (see attached). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center has a requirement for SAN Software and Hardware Maintenance. Reference the attached Request for Quote for contract terms and conditions. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Award will be made on best value, considering price and past performance. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18. Contractor must be currently registered in the Centeral Contractor Registration, Online Repesentation and Certification Application ( http://orca.bpn.gov ), and provide a DUNS number with the quotation. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 423430. A single award will be made as a result of this RFQ. Questions will be accepted vial email at pat.solberg@dhs.gov. Quotes in response to this RFQ are due no later than September 25, 2009 no later than 1:00 pm eastern standard time. Quoters are requested to submi quotes via email, however, facsimile copies are acceptable at (912) 280-5343; confirmation of receipt required. Quotes which are submitted via email must include the RFQ number (HSFLGL-10-Q-00016) in the Subject Line of the email correspondence.
