- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0555 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36 (iv) This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis under NAICS 423850, with a small business size standard of 100 employees. (v) CLIN 1: Six (6) ea. water powered oscillating foam monitors, Kidde model number HOM-2B-NA-300. (vi) Quoted unit prices to include all applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges. (vii) Delivery to be FOB Destination, Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson AZ, within 50 days ARO. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on meeting required characteristics and price. (x) Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
