- Solicitation for NSN 1650-01-163-6755/ IQC 09245009044, CONSTANT SPEED DRIVE GOVERNOR PARTS KIT, P/N 83B47338-10. Configuration Controls applies. An “Export Control” Technical Package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will be only released to contractors who are authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requesters should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet per the instructions in the item description. This solicitation will result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1 year base period and 4 option years. The estimated annual demand is 314 units. The required delivery schedule is 150 DARO for delivery of production units. FOB is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
