Description

RECOVERY--PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER EXISTING GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE CONTRACTS LISTED WITHIN GSA'S e-BUY SYSTEM. GSA's e-Buy system is an electronic Request for Quote (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) system designed to allow Federal buyers to request information, find sources, and prepare RFQs/RFPs, online, for millions of services and products offered through GSA's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and GSA Technology Contracts. These contracts will be solicited utilizing unrestricted competitive procedures. This is not a solicitation. The full solicitation package inclusive of specifications will be available only by accessing GSA's e-Buy system under RFQ 415646. The posting will occur on 21 September, 2009 and will be open for competitive pricing through 25 September, 2009 at 2:00pm EST. The requirement is being advertised under GSA FSC's 51V Hardware Superstore PROJECT INFORMATION: The contemplated delivery order will be firm fixed-price against an existing GSA schedule contract. Award is contingent upon the recipients meeting the requirements of Section 1512 of the Recovery Act. Supplies will consist of 4,000 Feet of Inch Aluminum Conduit.
