- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER SUPERFUND TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT AND RESPONSE TEAM III (START3). CONTRACT EP-S5-08-01. The Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9, will be issuing a task order under the START3 contract to do targeted brownsfield assessments for the El Concilio Project #2, Stockton, CA. The task order off of the START3 contract will initially be for $55,000.00.
