- Description
- Western Regional Contracting Office intends to award a contract under FAR Part 6.302-1 to Aesculap, Inc., in the amount of $58,040.00 for a one-time buy. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after the publication of this notice will be considered by the Government for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
