IDIQ Contract Contemplated with 3 year ordering period Quantity: Total contract BEQ of 61, Minimum Order Quantity is 5 each andMaximum Order Quantity is 30 each, with a Total Contract Maximum of 92each. Applicable to: F-15A-E Destn: FB2039, Tinker AFB Oklahoma History: Last purchase was July 1988 to PTI Technologies, Inc. Unitprice was <$3,000.00 for a quantity of 308 each. Written response is required. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit acapability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be consideredby the agency. Fy10 funds apply to this requirement. No award can be made until fy10funds become available IAW FAR 52.232-18. Current qualified sources are: PTI Technologies, Inc. (Cage: 05228) Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from onlyone or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type ofsupplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposedcontract action is for supplies in which the Government intends tosolicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respondto the requirement or submit proposals Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to beingconsidered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions forobtaining further information on this requirement. All responsiblesources solicited may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.Award will be made only if the offeror, the product, or the manufacturermeets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance withFAR clause 52.209-1.
