Description

RECOVERY--RECOVERY--PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: SUMMER CONSULTANTS, INC., W912DR-09-D-0056. On 18 September 2009, this project was awarded in the amount of $89,958.00 within Task Order Number 0001, awarded under Contract Number W912DR-09-D-0056, as Contract Line Item No. (CLIN) 0001. However, the award posting (Award No. 'W912DR-09-D-0056') was incorrect, in that the Award No. should have read 'W912DR-09-D-0056 Task Order 0001 CLIN 0001'. The posting was also incorrect in that the reported award amount was $89,959.00 instead of the correct value of $89,958.00 Additionally, the 'Response Date' is not 22 Sep 2009, but was actually 4 Sep 2009. This update is being posted on 21 Sep 2009, and the 'Response Date' field will not accept a date earlier than the date of the posting. The Architect-Engineer A-E contractor shall provide all necessary services required for the preparation of a complete and biddable Request For Proposal (RFP) package for the mAjor renovation of building HVAC systems, Bldg 4725, Ft. George G. Meade, MD per Scope of Work dated 13 August 2009. Period of Performance: Design-Build (DB) Request for Proposal (RFP) package must be Ready to Advertise (RTA) no later than 5 Jan 2010. Construction Phase must be completed by 31 March 2011.
