The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisiton Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competion of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
