- Description
- The 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards AFB, CA intends to award, on a sole source basis, a fixed price purchase order for Distance Learning (DL) program service to TD Support Service Corp. Service includes (but not all inclusive) promoting of the DL program, writing publicity materials for reproduction and distribution, review and advertise schedules, technical job site training point of contact, coordination with Unit Training Managers on DL courses, administration, receiving requests, ordering broadcasts, coordination duties, maintenance of DL and non DL audio visual equipment, maintaining various education and training libraries. Work is on an call basis. Six months is estimated to be approximately 960 Hours. One month is estimated to be approximately 160 Hours. The six month base period of performance of the service shall commence on 01 OCTOBER 2009 through 31 MARCH 2010. Six, one month each options may or may not be exercised for the period beginning 01 APRIL 2010 through 30 SEPTEMBER 2010. Interested parties can contact this office by the expiration date of this notice, which is listed below. Service is required to start on 01 OCTOBER 2009 to 31 MARCH 2010, with no exceptions. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received NLT WEDNESDAY, 23 SEPTEMBER 2009, BY 1:00 P.M., PACIFIC STANDARD TIME, P.S.T., VIA EMAIL TO: kim.davis@edwards.af.mil. NOTE: ONLY EMAILED RESPONSES WILL BE RESPONDED TO.
