- Amendment #2 to Solicitation for Tool Kits. This notice is now a Solicitation. Please see the attached solicitation document and the attached Tool Kit Specifications for this requirement. The government will only accept complete proposals covering all items in the solicitation. If you have any questions regarding the solicitation please forward them to A1C Youseff Elkassis at youseff.elkassis@ellsworth.af.mil. ----- An Amendment has been posted to this solicitation. The amendment was in response to questions regarding some specifications of the tools contained in the attachment. I will attach the amendment to this notice, along with the new specifications sheet. No items were removed or added to the specification sheet for the tools. However, more details were added; specifically drive size. ----- A second amendment has been posted to this solicitation. Evaluation criteria had not been included in the original solicitation. These criteria are now included under Provision 52.212-2 "Evaluation -- Commercial Items", of the solicitation document. The due date for proposals is further extended to 23 September 2009, 12:00PM MST.
