- J&A for Shipping and Handling This is a limited source award notice published in accordance with GSA Acquisition Letter V-09-02. Shipping and Handling for the Large Area Maintenance Shelters (LAMS) was awarded via approved JOTFOC to Clamshell Structures, Inc. The LAMS units were competed among GSA Schedule 56 contract holders, in accordance with FAR 8.4. Customer is USAF BEAR Program Office at Robins AFB, GA. See attached J&A for open market shipping and handling of the LAMS.
