- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: W911S2-W9-1-97U9 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36 IAW FAR 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference, the full text of FAR and DFARS Clauses may be accessed electronically at http://farsite.hill.af.mil This acquisition is unrestricted and open to all contractors. The associated NAICS code is 337211 with a size standard of 500 employees. Attached spreadsheet shows furniture items requested. Brand name, Teknion and UNICOR descriptions are used to provide a quality description of the product as well as to set the standard of quality expected to be quoted for the items. FOB destination to Fort Drum NY 13602 Quote shall detail delivery deadline and all applicable options for furniture shall be called out in the quote to make selection quick. Any quote not providing pricing for all items shall be considered non responsive.
