- The Department of the Army, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting at White Sands Missile Range, NM under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements intends to award on a sole source basis an upgrade to an existing access system to Security and Access Systems, Inc., P.O. Box 66315, Albuquerque, NM 87193-6315. The required access system upgrade can only be provided from the original source due to a follow-on requirement for the continuation of highly specialized services. This notice is not a request for proposals. No solicitation document is available or forthcoming and telephone requests will not be honored. Any interested parties must respond by 3:00 pm MST, 23 September 2009.
