- Paragraph (v) of the original combined synopsis/solicitation is amended to add the approximate amount of cove board and transition strips required. Offerors must acknowledge this Amendment 0001 in their quotation. Paragraph (v) is replaced in its entirety with the below: (v) CLIN 0001: CARPET AND INSTALLATION. Contractor to provide all material and services to carpet and install approximately 11,430 square feet. Carpet specifications are: Size: 24x24 carpet tiles; Fiber: Nylon; Style Type: Loop; Color: TBD. Contractor is responsible for providing floor patching, carpet adhesive, approximately 1,800 feet of cove base, and 65 feet of metal transition strips for this requirement. Contractor is required to remove all furniture and replacing the furniture after installation. Contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of existing carpet and cove base.
