- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912NW09R0012. The Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the OH-58 Nose Console Assemby. Due to properitary data the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 USC 3204(1) as sited FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and not other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements. RFP W912NW-09-R-0012 will be issued on or about 13 Oct 2009, with a closing date of 20 Nov 2009. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This RFQ is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. Send all requests for solicitation package to angie.prado@us.army.mil. Request must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, CAGE Code, TAX ID number, business size, county, and DUNS number. Note 22 apply.
