- Description
- General Services Administration is considering negotiating a superseding lease for approximately 36,000 rentable square feet yielding approximately 33,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of Class A office and related space in Dallas, Texas, to be occupied by Department of Homeland Security. The Government requires five garage parking space and one surface parking space for official vehicles. GSA will consider an alternative location if economically advantageous. GSA will evaluate the cost of buying out of the remaining 3 years of the firm term of the current lease, the cost of duplicating build-out, the cost of moving (including voice/data), and any other appropriate considerations when deciding whether it should relocate from 3860 E. Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX. Offered properties shall be within the following boundaries: North - Northwest Highway; South - Mockingbird Lane; West - Lemon Ave.; East - Inwood Road. The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy is required on or about January 2011. Expressions of interest must include building name and address as well as contact person and phone number. Written responses are required no later than October 5, 2009; verbal responses will not be considered.
