- Amended Statement Of Work 21 Sep 09 This Solicitation has been amended to include the following questions and answers: The submit date has NOT been extended. Q: On this bid you have one Speco 5-50mm lens and nine cameras. If the cameras have a built in lens and cannot be switched how big do you want the lenses to be on them? A: SO-HTINTD9 is also a camera but is a fixed dome; Speco Intensifier Dome Camera,5-50mm Ai Vf Lens Grey HTINTD9 CCTV Fixed Dome Camera so there will be 10 Cameras total. The SOW will be adjusted to reflect this. Q: Also I was trying to find the Speco part numbers you have. The first part number SAMLNT4042H I cannot find anywhere, and the second is a part number for a Speco dome camera with a 9-22mm lens in it yet the description in the project materials says “Speco 5-50mm Lens.” Can you clarify this? A: SAMLNT4042H does not exist on the combo or the SOW. Ensure you are reading the correct solicitation. SO-HTINTD9 is also a camera but is a fixed dome; Speco Intensifier Dome Camera,5-50mm Ai Vf Lens Grey HTINTD9 CCTV Fixed Dome Camera. The SOW will be adjusted to reflect this. Q: How many buildings will be involved in the Job? A: One, bldg 1866 Q: What is the square footage of the buildings involved in the scope of work? A: Approx 13,470sf Q: Are there any drawings available of the work site? A: There are no drawing available. Q: Are there specific locations already established for the cameras? A: Rest of playground area, front and side of building. Q: Where will the DVR be located within the building? A: With current DVR in front lobby area. Q: What is the size of the area that will require monitoring? A: Approx 13,470sf Q: The second part number is SO-HTINTD9 with a description of Speco 5-50mm Lens. SO-HTINTD9 is actually a full camera not just the lens. Did you want the camera it self with that lens or was it supposed to be a HT-INTD camera with a bigger lens. A: SO-HTINTD9 is also a camera but is a fixed dome; Speco Intensifier Dome Camera,5-50mm Ai Vf Lens Grey HTINTD9 CCTV Fixed Dome Camera. The SOW will be adjusted to reflect this. Q: By “compatible” do you mean the same? Or what is your definition of compatible? A: Compatible would be something that is like the current system and can be added to it. Q: What audio? A: There is no audio involved in the project. SOW will be edited. Q: What Video projection? A: There is no video projection involved in the project. SOW will be edited. Q: Who will have the area we wish to trench in marked? Okie dig or the air base? A: There will not be a need for trenching. All cameras will be mounted to bldg 1866. Q: How many people would get trained? Can they all be there the same day? A: There probably would be four or five people trained on the system. Anyone that needs the training can be scheduled to be there at the same time. The submit date has NOT been extended.
