- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the lease of 3 copy machines with a base year plus three options years (PENDING FUNDING). The Brand Name or equal - 100% small business set aside. Ricoh MPC 2800 Fax Option C5000, internal shift tray, SH3040, VM card type 1-CAC, USB 2.0/SD, FAC33 Cabinet - quantity 2. Ricoh MPC 3300G FAC 33 Cabinet, bridge unit B4 3030, SR790 finisher, FAX type 5000, USB2.0/SD type A, VM card type 1-CAC - quantity 1. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and therefore quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ)F2DCAK9239A001. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted.
