Description
Bid Schedule Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F2N37E9128AG05; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-36, DCN 20090825, and AFAC 2009-0803. This acquisition will be full and open competition; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561612. The business size standard is $18,500,000.00. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is S211. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8299. CLIN 0001: Base Year, Period of Performance: 01 October 2009 - 30 September 2010. Qty: 1,000 HRS. DESCRIPTION: Non-personal services in support of U.S. Air Force off-duty education program. The contractor shall provide access and equipment control in support of education services program. Access control responsibilities include opening and closing education facilities for early morning, evening and weekend use, as appropriate. Equipment control responsibilities involve monitoring audio-vidual, computer and other support equipment use IAW established procedures. Please reference the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for further information. CLIN 1001: First Option Year, Period of Performance: 01 October 2010 - 30 September 2011. Qty: 1,000 HRS. DESCRIPTION: Non-personal services in support of U.S. Air Force off-duty education program. The contractor shall provide access and equipment control in support of education services program. Access control responsibilities include opening and closing education facilities for early morning, evening and weekend use, as appropriate. Equipment control responsibilities involve monitoring audio-vidual, computer and other support equipment use IAW established procedures. QUALIFICATIONS: The contractor must be capable of performing light physical duties such as moving and setting up audiovisual equipment, moving tables and chairs, and other routine daily maintenance functions, must be capable of operating computer hardware and peripherals (speakers, headphones, etc.) and audiovisual systems (overhead projectors, televisions and VCRs), must be available to work early morning, evenings and weekends as required, and must have at least one year remaining at the current duty station. EVALUATION CRITERIA: Evaluation of offers will be completed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: TECHNICAL CAPABILITY - Offerors must possess the qualifications listed in the above paragraph. PRICE - The price proposed by the offeror will be included as part of the evaluation.
