- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared inaccordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and Lethality Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, intends to solicit and award a purchase order for the delivery of six (6) Secure Multimedia Classrooms as described in the Statement of Work below. The Government seeks brand name only, not equivalent items. This will be 100% set aside for small businesses and result in a firm fixed price award to the lowest price, technically acceptable offeror. The contractor shall complete the tasks required for the delivery of six (6) SMC systems within 14 weeks of contract award. See attached Statement of Work and applicable clauses. The point of contact for this requirement is Ms. Morgan Ross, Contract Specialist, at morgan.ross@us.army.mil. ONLY electronic submissions will be accepted. Closing date for receipt of proposals at the aforementioned email address is 5:00pm EST 22 September 2009.
