- IDAHO AIR NATIONAL GUARD Ref # F7D2FY9260A100 Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source: A10-A and A10-C Mod toolkits The Idaho Air National Guard, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for FAR Part 13, intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to Daniels Manufacturing Corporation for the following requirement: Line Item 001 QTY=2 EA: A10-A and A10-C Toolkits, Mfr Part # DMC239CMOD1 The determination to award sole source is based on FAR 6.302-1(a)(ii). A sole source justification will be written, which demonstrates the proprietary nature of the above items. Any company wishing to obtain a copy of the justification may contact SrA Tyler Perry via the contact information below. The premise of this justification is that Daniels Manufacturing Corporation is the exclusive manufacturing provider for these items. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The government will consider all quotes received within 3 business days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing to SrA Tyler Perry via the contact information below. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted. Responses to the notice must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of the electronic posting, or by 23 Sep 2009. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
