- Description: This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number F3HSE19105A001 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334419. The business size standard is 500 employees. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: Line Items: -3each- FB8000-P1, Fireberd 8000 Basic Datacom Test package Name Brand or Equal -3 each-AD-016416, Adapter Cord N. America Name Brand or Equal -2 each-RM-FST2000, 2000 Testpad Compact Rackmount Name Brand or Equal -3 each-HST3000-NG, HST3000 Mainframe Without CU Color Name Brand or Equal -3 each HST3000-T1, T1 SIM for HST-3000 Name Brand or Equal NOTE: Data/SatComm Testing solution to include: - Color touchscreen GUI - Modular build - Serial Data interfaces to include: RS232, EIA530, V35 Clock Recovery operation Precision Time Base Capability to be rack mounted if needed Option to upgrade to Advanced Results in the future T1 Testing solution to include: - Color Screen - Modular build - T1 BERT, loop, all T1 patterns, line coding, framing Fractional T1 BERT Option to upgrade to DS0, Signaling and PCM testing in the future Option to upgrade to IP/Ethernet testing in the future Option to upgrade to VoIP testing in the future Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award.
