- Packaging Form BOMM List of items to be quoted BOMM Description of Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation: FA8522-09-R-26486. Solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. Setaside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). CLIN 0001 will house the entire requirement. See attached list of items to be purchased. Inspection/Acceptance will be DESTINATION. No addenda to provision. Request offerors to complete the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, will apply to this acquisition. No addenda to clause. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
