- Description
- The Contractor is to perform a wayfinding study to determine the interior and exterior wayfinding needs of the Whiteriver Hospital. Based upon the results of the wayfinding study, a Signage Master Plan is to be written. The Signage Master Plan shall be the means by which the wayfinding needs of the hospital are expressed and the Contractor’s recommendations to meet those needs. After review of the Signage Master Plan, the approved signage shall be ordered and placed throughout the hospital campus. A committee of hospital and community representatives shall be involved in the design process to ensure that signage is culturally sensitive, in order the give the White Mountain Apache Tribe a sense of ownership of the hospital and their healing environment. The magnitude of this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises with a field office in Phoenix, Arizona. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED TO THE PUBLIC. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND REQUIRED BECAUSE FUNDING PROVIDED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 WILL BE USED FOR THE WORK.
