They are the only organization that provides this extensive scope of services, tailored to the needs of the member and widely available to the member’s employees. They also provide web based services and include access to research and regularly scheduled (daily and weekly) updates about national and regional health care news, including oncology, cardiovascular services, financial and nursing issues. The Advisory information is delivered through a variety of means including national meetings, meetings at the member’s facilities, published research, technology briefs, and web based access. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures FAR 13.501 under the authority of the test program for commercial items (section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996).
