- Revised Itemized Listing, 18 Sep 09 The purpose of the amendment is to respond to contractor’s questions, post revised itemized listing, and extend the response date/time for FA2517-09-T-6184 to 22 September 2009, 1:00 pm MST. Question: Is this an all or nothing RFQ? Response: Per paragraph iv of the solicitation, a single award will be made as a result of the evaluation of quotes. Question: Brady label part number PAL-750-499YL is being requested. Part number PAL-750-499YL is not a valid item. PAL-750-499 is a valid number; this item is 3/4in x 19 ft nylon black on white Brady label cartridge. Please confirm your requirement. Response: PAL-750-499 is the valid part number. The item is ¾ inches x 19 feet nylon black on white Brady label cartridge. Line item 29 has been updated on the itemized listing, 18 Sep 09. Question: Line items 4 and 5, "115730S2V31D Tandberg TANDBERG PrecisionHD Camera w/2m cable." This part number is for service, not a PrecisionHD Camera w/2m cable. "113855NPP Tandberg Portable 6000 MXP Software Natural Presenter Package (NPP)." This part number is for a 3000MXP software package, and will not work with the 6000. Should I infer the correct part numbers that will work with the 6000 MXP specified? Response: Line item #4 has been removed and is included in line item 2. Line item 4 remains on the itemized listing to maintain the integrity of the numbering. Line item 5 has been corrected on the revised itemized listing, 18 Sep 09. Question: Line Item 4 requests pricing for Tandberg part # 115730S2V31D and describes it as a Precision HD camera. This part number is actually core service for an HD camera. What is needed? Depending on your answer it will precipitate needing answers that constitute 1a, 1b and 1c. 1a) Do you require an HD camera in addition to the one included with Line Item 1 part # 115920 (part # 115920 is an HD Integrator Package 6000 MXP which includes a 6000 MXP codec, Precision HD camera, camera cable set, 2 table microphones & 2 trackers)? 1b) Line Item 1 – Description indicates that 3 table microphones and tracker are included. The Tandberg Part Number and description do not match. What is needed? 1c) Do you require a service renewal for an existing HD camera part number 115730S2? If so we will need the serial number for that camera. It is required by Tandberg because the cost of renewal is dependent on the expiration date of the most resent core service contract. Response: Line item #4 has been removed and is included in line item 2. Line item 4 remains on the itemized listing to maintain the integrity of the numbering. Question: You have requested pricing for Tandberg part number 113855NPP and described it as Natural Presenter software for a 6000 MXP. This part number is actually for NPP for a 3000 MXP. The part number for NPP software for use with part number 115920 (6000 MXP) is actually 113816NPP. Is this what you intended to ask for? Response: Line item 5 has been corrected on the revised itemized listing, 18 Sep 09.
