- The United States Marshals Service (USMS), District of Montana, intends to issue a contract to Spectrum Medical, Inc. This procurement is for the dispensing of prisoner medical prescriptions in the Montana counties of Cascade and Missoula. The detention facilities in these counties have Intergovernmental Agreements with the USMS to house USMS prisoners. Each facility contracts with Spectrum Medical, Inc. to provide all comprehensive prisoner medical services for the facility inmate population, to include prescription medication. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. Inquiries will only be accepted by FAX at (406) 247-7035.
