- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS) in Ft. Wayne/Marion, Indiana, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for grounds maintenance, ice, control and snow removal services, NAICS Code 561730, Size Standard $7.0 million. This procurement is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at the VANIHCS, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs and plants and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that snow and ice removal services are performed in a manner that will maintain a safe and satisfactory environment in a reasonable amount of time.
