- Washington Headquarters Service, Acquisition and Procurement Office (WHS/A&PO) is requesting quotes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued unrestricted, on a brand name or equal basis, under NAICS code 423490, with a size standard of 100. Items to be procured: -Vest, Predator 2 with LTA3A Ballistics, part number V-PRED2-LTA3A -Collar, Predator with LTA3A, part number A-PDCLR-LTA -Yoke, Predator with LTA3A, part number A-PDYK-LTA -Groin, Predator with LTA3A, part number A-PDGRN-LTA -Tactical Bicep Protector, LTA3A, part number A-TBP-LTA3A -Helmet, 1 NVG Hole, MD, PAD SIZ6, BK, TC2000, part number TC2000-NHC -Plate Steel 10 x 12 Operators Cut, part number 3IFS-0 The delivery date will be 14 ARO.
