- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912EQ-09-Q-0056 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. This procurement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit quotes to this combined synopsis. The associated NAICS code is 334111 with a size of 1,000 personnel.
