- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This acquisition is 100% set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 423410 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The following items are requested in this solicitation. CLIN 0001 – Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended Version for Windows or equal60 each CLIN 0002 – Nikon GP-1 GPS or equal60 each CLIN 0003 – Nikon 7-300mm Lens or equal60 each CLIN 0004 – Nikon D300 Camera or equal60 each Total Price ________________ Delivery: FOB Destination. Delivery is required within 30 days from date of award. The delivery location shall be 1535 D Street, Andrews AFB, MD 20762. Award Basis: The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to the Offerors – Commercial Items applies to the acquisition; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Item must be completed and provided with this offer or available to the Contracting Officer on Online Representations and Certifications Application at https://orca.bpn.gov/. The clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5 (Deviation), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration; 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference; 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference; 52.252-6 Authorized Deviations in Clauses; 252.204-7004 Alt A Central Contractor Registration. Responding offerors shall include quotations and descriptive literature with their response to allow the Government to make a complete evaluation and appraisal of the offering with respect to the requirements set forth in this combined synopsis/solicitation.
