- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER SUPERFUND TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT AND RESPONSE TEAM III (START3), CONTRACT EP-S5-08-01. The Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9, will be issuing a task order under the START3 contract to do targeted brownfields assessments for the Hi Ridge Lumber Site #2, Yreka, CA. The task order off of the START3 contract will initially be for $90,000.00.
