Description

The Department of Treasury. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a sole source contract to CSC, the incumbent contractor, for continued Tier 1 Call Center Support Services. This contract will be for a 6-month period of performance. During this time, the OCC intends to issue a solicitation for a follow on contract for Tier 1 Call Center Support Services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is based upon the need for GFE to support the operations and requires a minimum install time thus preventing continued services. The OCC intends to award a sole source contract to CSC prior to September 30, 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, vendors (other than USA Contact vendors) who are interested in the recompete to provide Call Center Support Services are requested to identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice no later than 12:00 pm on September 30, 2009.
