- RFP FA9302-09-R-0010 AMEND 1 Cover Letter The purpose of this Amendment is to clarify Past Performance Volume III due date and provide further information concerning Pre-Proposal Conference photography. This Amendment includes the following clarification: 1. Past Performance Volume III shall be submitted no later than 4:30 PM Pacific Time September 24th, 2009. This statement has been added to the RFP cover letter paragraph 4. Updated cover letter is attached as attachment "RFP FA9302-09-R-0010 AMEND 1 Cover Letter.docx". 2. Pre-Proposal Conference photographs will be allowed with restrictions. This statement has been added to RFP cover letter paragraph 3. Updated cover letter is attached as attachment "RFP FA9302-09-R-0010 AMEND 1 Cover Letter.docx".
