Description
Drawing of Government Furnished Kiosk Performance of Work Statement Request for Quote COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M4X19174A001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-36, effective 10 September 2009. (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 541519 with an $25 million size standard. (v) Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote with itemized list: Qty – 1, CLIN 0001, to upgrade the existing customer wait queuing (ticketing) system, to included system software, hardware, printers, displays, terminals, and installation (see SOW). An optional site visit will be conducted on 22 September at 9:00 am. All contractors shall meet at the Charleston AFB visitor’s center on Dorchester Road no later than 8:00 am. Site visit is not mandatory but highly recommended. You must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a vehicle registration to get on base. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. (vi) F1M4X19174A001 Upgrade existing customer queuing system in the pharmacy area of the medical clinic on Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina. (See attached statement of work and drawings) (vii) FOB destination. (ix) FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items Evaluation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers in the following relative order of importance: 1.Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. 2. Price. The Government will evaluate the total price of the offer for the award purposes. Technical factors are significantly more important than price.
