- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 314912. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation will not be made available. Quotations can be e-mailed to the following e-mail address: eric.wienke@whiteman.af.mil or by FAX to (660) 687-5462 to the attention of Amn Eric Wienke. NOTE: Quotations must be received by 20 Sep 2009, 4:00 PM CST; late quotations will not be considered for award. Prospective offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Evaluation for this acquistion shall be lowest priced technically acceptable. Vendors may submit quotes from a GSA schedule and must include the GSA contract number, expiration date and identify what items are covered under the GSA contract and those items that are open market pricing. Item Description: Inflatable Fire Safety House to include: -18' high x 27' wide x 25' deep -packed size: 4' high x 6' wide - integrated fire truck escape slide out second floor bedroom -100% digitally printed interior and exterior graphics -3 high pressure blowers, -100' L extension cord, -ground tarp, -ground stakes, -1000lb test nylon anchor lines, -owner, QTY: 1 Each. Trailer to include: -7' high x 10' long (13' long with tongue) x 6' wide (7.5' wide with tires) -custom designed transport dolly -100% digitally printed exterior graphics, graphics and specific designs and/or colors will be communicated upon award via customer. Quote MUST reflect cost of printed graphics before specific design is determined by customer. QTY: 1 Each. Offerors proposing a similar item shall submit the manufacturer's technical data and specifications for technical evaluation and consideration.
