- Requirement List This is a Request for quote for MicroFocus Software Maintenance. Attached is a list of the items necessary as well as delivery addresses. Please provide a price quote for the supplies/services outlined in the attachment. The resultant contract shall be a firm fixed priced delivery order(s). Vendors may provide a price quote for all items or a price quote for some of the items. Multiple awards shall be considered and will be issued, if required. Award(s) shall be made to the lowest cost, technically acceptable offeror(s). Please provide any questions to me directly via e-mail jason.day@disa.mil not later than 12:00pm, CT, Tuesday, 22 September 2009. The Government cannot guarantee responses to questions received after this date/time. All questions/comments/concerns should be addressed in writing (via e-mail) to DITCO/PL8321, Jason Day (Contracting Specialist), (618) 229-9285, jason.day@disa.mil. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the solicitation, HC1028-09-T-2295 available at http://www.fbo.gov/.
