- SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1R31A9240A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside utilizing NAICS code is 561730 and the small business size standard is $7,000,000.00. The following commercial service items are requested in this solicitation: 0001 - Maintain Existing Fire Breaks. IAW PWS paragraph 1. 0002 - Apply foliar or basal herbicide applications. IAW PWS paragraph 2. 0003 - Provide mesquite removal and cut stump spot treatment herbicide application. IAW PWS paragraph 3. 0004 - Brush hog tractor mow restored grasslands. IAW PWS paragraph 4. 0005 - Brush hog tractor mow invasive giant reed. IAW PWS paragraph 5. Period of performance is 01-Oct-09 to 30-Sep-10.
