- SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT N66001-09-Q-5225This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego-Pacific (SPAWAR San Diego/Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Novus Technology Inc. for; Item 0001 HITS command Filter, Part Number 1076208 (1 each). Item 0002 DRT Command Filter, Part Number 1076207 (1 each); Item 0003 SRS/CRS Receiver Control Translator, Part Number 1080025 (1 each). Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12. Direct procurement questions via e-mail to: Danilo.Ibarra@navy.mil. Offers received within 2 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement will considered by the Government.
