- RECOVERY--The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District has a requirement for a Firm-Fixed Price Construction for Road Repairs at Harlan County Lake, NE. This includes critical Road Repairs to significantly damaged roads that provide primary access to facilities and recreation areas that will provide significant enhancements of service to the public and minimize future maintenance costs. All work must be completed by 31 August 2010. The standard industrial code is 8711. The NAICS code is 237990. All responsible sources may submit an offer, in accordance with the solicitation, which will be posted on or about October 5th, 2009. OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Prior to bidding, vendors must complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). REQUIRED CCR REGISTRATION: Prior to bidding, vendors must be actively registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) system, including creation of an MPIN number. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.ccr.gov. By submission of a quote, a quoter acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the CCR database prior to award; during performance; and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. Refer to CCR clause (either 252.204-7004 or 52.204-7) Also, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requires offerors to provide representations and certifications electronically via the BPN website at https:/www.bpn.gov/ocra/vendor as a prerequisite to receiving solicitation, to update the representations and certifications as necessary, but a least annually, to keep them current, accurate and complete, and to make changes that affect only one soli citation by completing the appropriate sections of either paragraph (j) of FAR provision 52.212-3 or FAR provision 52.204-8, whichever is included in the solicitation.
