- This is a modification to Q2552090000 for the purpose of the following: A) Correct the delivery address for all Lines: Delivery address is 12795 W. Alameda Pkwy, Lakewood, CO 80228-0287 B) This is not a small business set aside. C) Provide the Agreement Number, Site Number, and IBM Customer Number.Agreement number 141005 Site number 7090793 IBM customer number 9286104 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Q2552090000. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. It is the vendor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed at http://www.arnet.gov/far and http://www.ios.doi.gov. One (1) each, Part Number: D61UZLL, Description: IBM Rational AppScan Enterprise Edition Server SW Subscription & Support Reinstatement 12 Months Charge unit: Server(s). Additional Instructions to Offerors: Justification For Other Than Full And Open Competition: IBM Rational brand software maintenance is the only brand name that can support the proprietary IBM Rational AppScan Enterprise application and its unique vulnerability database which is currently installed within the NISC IT Environment. 1. Only IBM products/equipment authorized under this procurement. 2. Must be an authorized IBM reseller. Must be able to provided authorized reseller certification upon request. Delivery shall be from date of contract and one year period of performance, FOB Destination. This shipping address is 12795 W.
