- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking Small Business with the ability to provide complete on-site full Service and Preventive Maintenance Inspection for twenty-six (26) Government owned Gambro Phoenix Dialysis,serial numbers: PH6970, PH6971, PH6974, PH7074, PH7078, PH7086 PH7087, PH7088, PH7095, PH7096, PH7100, PH7102, PH7104, PH7105, PH7108, PH7109, PH7117, PH7120, PH7124, PH7128, PH7145, PH7146, PH7151, PH7152, PH7153, PH7169. PMI Service will be at the Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care System, 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018. The firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective delivery of these services. Only Certified Technicians are authorized to service the dialysis machines. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 811219. To be considered a small business under this code the SBA size standard must not exceed $7.0 million. VA-243-09-RQ-0450 is being posted to www.fbo.gov on 9/18/2009.
