- The 97th Contracting Squadron hereby issues the following combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY09 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2009. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2009. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside Solicitation number F1B3R59208A001 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 453210. In order to be considered a responsive offeror, the offeror must qualify as a Small Business under NAICS CODE 453210. Please ensure that the offeror’s Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) reflect the business size under NAICS CODE 453210. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside Altus AFB, Oklahoma has a requirement for: - 00001 EACH HP DesignJet H4550054 inches wide, UV curable Inkjet Printer, 6 color, 12 piezo print heads, 600 X 300, 600 X 600, or 1200 X 600 dpi, print speeds up to 388 sf/h. Handles media up to 1 inch thick. - 00001 EACH Onyx Poster Shop RIP software. - 00001 EACH Set of 6 HP DesignJet 788 inks 1 Liter each cyan, magenta, yellow, black, light cyan, and light magenta. - 00001 EACH Media kits from Alcan, Neschen and Avery - 00001 EACH Installation and on-site training at Altus Air Force Base - 00001 EACH 12 month warranty Please quote FOB destination. Products must be “Brand Name”, or equal. If providing an “EQUAL” product, please provide the specifications of each item for technical acceptance review. Award will be based on price and suitability of the item at the desired location. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside.
