Description
Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1EFSS92110100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-26, Effective 12 Jun 2008 & Class Deviation 2005-00001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 711110. Offerors shall submit a quote for the following items or an equal: 0001 – Speedi-Stage, Product Code: PJM 62980 or equal; 6EA Aluminum and Steel transportation stage with adjustable height and set-up which would allow rearrangement of recreation activities. Each section measures 2.5 M by 1.25 M and is 40 centimeters high (8 ft by 4 ft by 14 in, weighing 187 LBS) 0002 – One step for 40 cm stage height or equal; 2 EA 0003 – Linking Wedge or equal; 18 EA 0004 – Guard Rail (1.25 M by 1.1 M) Product code: PJM 62961 or equal; 10 EA FOB: Destination for delivery to: W25N14 – Consolidation Point and Containerization Point DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Bldg 2001, CCP, Door 135 thru 168 New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and will remain in full force in any resultant award: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items. It is amended to read: Offeror shall submit signed and dated offer to 386 ECONS/LGC, APO, AE 09855 no later than 23 September 09 at 12:00 am Central Standard Time, 8:00am Local time. Submit signed and dated quotations on company letterhead or quotation form and marked with solicitation number F1EFSS92110100. Offer may be emailed to Jenifer.garland@asab.afcent.af.mil. The government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, evaluation of Commercial Items (see FAR 15.304); FAR 52.212-3, Offeror representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal or states that they are located on website: http://orca.bpn.gov/; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applies to this acquisition with Paragraph (b) incorporating the following DFARS clauses: DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests; DFARS 252.243-7002, Requests for Equitable Adjustment; and DFARS 252.243-7023 Transportation of supplies by sea. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
