Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN SAVANNAH, GA ****MODIFICATION**** The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. Proposed space cannot be located on the first floor of a building. Space on the top floor of a building will be considered. Proposed building cannot be within 1,000 feet of residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals & clinics, prisons or day care centers. It is preferable that the proposed space be located in a multi-story building. consider top floor space The space offered must consist of approximately 5,918 Rentable Square Feet in Savannah, GA yielding 5,146 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. A minimum of fifteen (15) secure, reserved onsite structured parking spaces for Government vehicles are required at no additional cost. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Savannah River South: State Route GA 204 East: Harry Truman Parkway West: Interstate 95 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2010. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
