- Amendment 0005, Solicitation W52H09-09-R-0138, will be issued to request initial and revised offers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation based upon the following change: Revise the Price Evaluation Sheet, more specifically, the guaranteed minimums quantities (GMQ), contract maximums, and min/max ordering quantities are being revised due to changing requirements. Initial proposals will be accepted from any offeror even if they did not submit a proposal by the original closing date. Revised proposals will be accepted from any offeror that submitted a proposal by the original closing date. The item(s) to procure is/are (a) OUTER MUZZLE COVER, PN: 11580230, NSN: 1015-01-441-4159, for use on the 81MM Mortar; (b) Cover, Gun Muzzle, PN: 12901140, NSN: 1015-01-407-4325, for use on the 120MM Mortar; (c) Mortar Cover Assembly, PN: 12577495, NSN: 1015-01-327-6125, for use on the 120MM Mortar; (d) Bag, PN: 12576960, NSN: 8105-01-320-0962, for use on the 120MM Mortar. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation amendment will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same
