- RECOVERY – THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. THIS CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE (FSS), SOURCE 66, SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES, SIN 603-9 The acquisition is being conducted on a restricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System code applicable to this requirement is 333314 and the associated small business size standard is 500 employess. THE NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH (NIH), National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), Office of Acquisitions (OA) for the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) intends to award a task order to provide an Olympus IX81 Automated Microscope for Live Cell Imaging and NIR Imaging, Brand Name or Equal. The subject microscope must be compatible with the following accessories: 1.C10600-10B; ORCA R2 Deep Cooled Mono CCD Camera, 1394 2.O31-SLBK-PCA5; Slidebook Digital Image Acquisition Software 3.2651.2; Slidebook Deconvolution Module (NN+CI) 4.MIU-IBC;CO2 Incubator for IX/IX2 Incld Obj Heat, Flowmeter It is imperative to note that Contractors must comply with all applicable provisions and clauses provided under the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA or Recovery Act), PL 111-005, dated February 17, 2009, in order to be eligible to receive awards funded in whole or in part by the Recovery Act.
