- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20080303. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. Please see the attached document for Line Item Description. The Government will award an order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without ! discussions. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with 6.302-1. WPAFB intends to award to Network Solutions Center, CSO Computers, 10194 Baltimore National Pike Suite #106, Ellicott City, MD 21042. Period of Performance is: 10/01/2009 through 9/30/2010. FOB Destination. The Ship to Address is: AFIT/SC, Attn: Denise Meyer, Mark for ENG, 2950 Hobson Way, Building 642, Room 2201, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7765.
