- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to a unique capability provided, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. Award is made to DRS Sustainment Systems, Inc for CLS services for the MPDS with a period of performance from 15 Sep 2009 through 14 Oct 2009. The contractor is to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), which includes at a minimum; maintenance, logistics and training support to the United States Army units located in Southwest Asia (SWA), Korea, Germany and the Continental United States (CONUS). This award is incrementally funded at this time for $256,098.00. This contract was awarded as an off-line Letter Award with contract posting to follow.
